Here at Freedom, we want to do life in community with one another on Sundays and during the week. Take a look of some of the groups we have throughout the week. Loving God; Bringing Hope
Small groups are at the heart of Freedom Bath+Bristol, and we encourage everyone to get plugged in and feel part of Church by joining one of these groups. Small groups exist to see real relationships formed as people meet together, do life, and commit to loving each other. We study the Bible, pray for each other and get to know others and enjoy being known as we regularly meet in peoples' homes.
Small groups run on every second and fourth week of the month and happen on different days of the week.
Each group is unique in style and format, and with groups located throughout Bath and the surrounding area, it will be easy to find one which you want to connect to.
Feel free to email email@example.com if you would like more information on the Small Groups at Freedom Bath+Bristol or see our information at our church services.
These exciting new groups are meant to be for people who live busy lives who can arrange to meet another 2-3 people for an hour or less to Bible study or pray together in an intentional way. It could be in a lunch break or after work, in a cafe, front room or a park in the summer!
It's meant to help those of you who just can't quite get to small group be able to Bible study with others and pray even in your busy weeks!
If you want to start one or lead one come to the training that we advertise and we'll get you ready! We'll repeat the training every few months so you don't have to panic! And yes you can be part of an espresso group and a small group!
Invest in your future. Find your God given calling. Be equipped to fulfil your destiny.
Freedom Ministry College was birthed in 2006 and ran until 2012 when we had a break and it was re launched in 2016. We meet in our building Freedom House, Clifton Bristol on Friday mornings for theology college and then Sunday afternoons for ministry college at our Bath Freedom House building.
In this season we are inviting a small group of students to be with us at Freedom for three days serving, ministering, learning and experiencing. This 'time aside' is purposed to enable and equip the students to have a solid foundation ready for all that God has prepared for them. It includes ministry modules on Sunday afternoons, exploring key aspects of doing life as a follower of Jesus and creative modules as part of the Arts college.

The Freedom Arts College exists to support, encourage and enable artists who follow Jesus to use their creativity to bring art to the world around them. The world is in desperate need of beauty and an ability to describe and make sense of life in a way that words often cannot. Art facilitates expression and exploration of the world and a world without art is a clear part of the description of hell.
As making art can feel skinless due to the nature of the process of public expression of externalising an internal thought, we see it as our role to support artists and facilitate a community where feeling safe enables risk taking and profound and pioneering creativity.
Here at Freedom Bath and Bristol, most of us join one of the teams of people who help to facilitate the Sunday meetings, mid week meetings, ages and stages groups, events and kindness projects. We have a culture that says that we believe that it is an honour to be part of the team where we do what we can to create a place for people to come and find out about Jesus and experience His love, grace, kindness and life. We count it a privilege to serve in the House of God and know it's the best way to get to know others, settle in and belong! Many of us believe that we haven't been called to be consumers in God's House, but to be consumed with and for God's house as a place where Jesus is the only one who brings healing, hope and purpose. We have teams that help with our Sunday services, our ages and stages and with our community action projects so if you are interested in serving, why not fill in a 'I'm here to build' leaflet at the Sales Desk or speak to your small group facilitator.
